Enter one or more keywords in the search box and click on the search button. The results will be returned as a list of hyperlinks, where each relevant page or document can be accessed by clicking directly on the hyperlink.

To issue complex searches, use the Boolean operators "and", "or" and "not" to specify whether the documents should contain all operands, either one of them, or none of them.

Examples:

    Gender and equality: this will return all web pages and PDF documents that contain both gender and equality
    Gender or equality: this will return all web pages and PDF documents that contain either gender or equality, or both
    Gender and not equality: this will return all web pages and PDF documents that contain gender but do not contain equality

USING THE WILDCARD CHARACTER IN YOUR SEARCH

When specifying keywords, you can also use the wildcard character asterisk (*) to generalize your search. This wildcard, which is a placeholder for any number of characters (including none), can appear at the end of a keyword to indicate the set of all words starting with the keyword.

Examples:

    cat* would find "cat", "catalogue", "cathode", and so on.
